Movement with footwork practise
In pairs, player 1 (GK) passes to player 2 (WA) across the court and then runs to next cone. Player 2 then uses footwork to pass pass forward across the court back to player 1's new position. Player 2 then uses footwork to pivot and pass back to player 1 across the court. Both continue up the court to the end, hold the ball and run back to the start.
Once both players are half way up the court, the next pair should begin (everyone should be moving).
