Set players up with 1-3 goalers in the circle with a ball each. 1 player at the top of the cirlce and everybody else in a line in the pocket.
Ensure all goalers are rotated into the circle. Once all goalers have been in the circle get players to go the opposite direction. Goalers should use a variety of attacking movements.
