in this drill the 2 circle defenders are trying to stop the feeds going in to the shooter by double marking. the feeders both have balls to pass in and one is doing high overheads to make the defender jump and reach. the other feeder is doing small bounce passes to try go under and round the defender to make them get low and near the ground. the defenders need to work together and separately to stop the shooter getting the ball and moving away from them.
the feeders should not throw at the same time but not with too much delay. the defenders are the main aim of the drill and are working on communication, teamwork and double marking.
