DESCRIPTION

Instructions:


  1. On the whistle, the first player sprints to the first cone.
  2. At the cone, the player jumps backwards 3 feet.
  3. Once landed, the player immediately places their arms up in a strong defensive stance.
  4. On the next whistle, the player sprints to the second cone and repeats the jump back and arms up.
  5. Continue this sequence through all four cones.
  6. After the last cone, the player jogs back to the sideline and the next player begins.
