Pair Passing

DESCRIPTION

Players are paired up and face one another about 8 feet apart. They then pass back and forth, making sure that they step towards their partner as the pass the ball.

Do different types of passing e.g. chest pass, bounce pass and overhead pass.

COACHING POINTS

Step to pass.

Follow through so the back of your hands are together with the thumbs pointing down. (Chest Pass).

Step to catch

Catch the ball with your arms extended and guide the ball into your body.
