DESCRIPTION

  • Coach says, “Ready.”
  • First player in each line gets into Triple Threat Position.
  • Coach says, “Go.”
  • Players take a quick first step with their right foot and then start jogging forward.
  • At free throw line, plant the inside foot and cut hard to the sideline
  • Take 3-4 steps, then plant the outside foot and cut back to the middle
  • Repeat, cutting back and forth in a Zig Zag pattern until half court.
  • Run around the sideline and re-join the line
