Dribbling Drill for beginners

As someone who is new to coaching this site was just what I needed,...

DESCRIPTION

The scholars will start with ball slaps - dribble with the right hand, ball slap, dribble with the left hand ball slap. The scholars will do this 10 times on each hand.

The scholars will do wrap arounds at their waist. They will do this for 10 seconds.

The scholars will do head wrap arounds. They will do this for 10 seconds.

Next they will do a waist and head wrap around variation. They will do this for 10 seconds.
