Two teams
Team shown in blue- These are the attackers first, they have to pass, dribble and shoot and score to win a point. The attackers have to beat the defenders through dribbling or by passing it to their team mate.
Team shown in red- These are the defenders first, they have to stop the progressing attacker by either blocking their shots, run, passes or tackling them.
Rules-When the first team attack there is no time limit and the normal rules of basketball apply. If the defending team win the ball, they have to run to the cones to where the attackers started. Once there they can continue with the counter attack, even if the new defenders aren't ready. The new attackers have 20 seconds to score and the same rules apply. The attackers that have just lost the ball must get to the defenders’ cones and protect the basketlike the defenders before. If the first attackers score then just rotate the defenders to attack and vis versa.
The video above demonstartes the first game where the attackers score, if you are lost then watch the defenders when the attacker score. This is similar with what they would do if they won the ball, sprint to the attackers cone and attack the hoop.
