This drill was made to improve people's deffense, offense, passing, and shooting.
In this drill/game there are two groups (teams). one with five players, and one with 11 players.
The Yellow team's goal is to shoot as many goals as possible, and they can move anywhere inside the boundaries. But the yellow team can only shoot after they pass to each person on their team atleast once. if the yellow team scores, to score again, they would have to pass to each person on their team again.
The Blue team's goal is to stop the yellow team from shooting, but the people on the blue team can only pivot with one foot. If some one from the blue team takes the ball without loosing possesion of it for 20 seconds, the blue team gets a point. Right after the blue team scores a point, they give the ball back to the yellow team to start over.
it keeps going like this until 15 minutes is up. After the 15 minutes is over, whichever team has the most points wins.
And then if there is time, the teams switch.
1. if you are the yellow team, keep the ball low to defend it.
2. use your arm to stop other people from stealing your ball.
3. When you are shooting, follow through.
