Feeder will stand to the side of the top if the key ready to pass the ball to the player. Players will start to the side of the key by the hoop.
The players will run to the outside of the key to recieve the pass and then get into a post position.
Post Position: Knees bent low in a squating position elbows out and ball held tight close to the chest.
Players will then pivot to make the shot, chase the rebound and pass back to the feeder who will move to the other side of the key.
Player will reposition outside the key on the opposite side to recieve the pass from the feeder, pivot to make the shot chase the rebound and pass back to the next player.
The next player will pass back to the feeder and repeat the drill.
