Greetings.Me and 2 friends of mine are trying to improve overall at football. I've seen a couple of training drills on the site, and we started doing them. Any suggestions for training drills? We're amatuers both physically and skill wise. For referrence: 1 of us is a Center back, 1 is a Right Back and I play as Central Midfielder.
