Players dribble through the green cone, dribble up to the blue cone, and move the ball backwards to the red cone, and then continue that through the rest of the course. Players will then dribble through the yellow cones and then take a shot on goal.
Dribbling, close control, head up, awareness, then the shot at the end. Focus on stamina and mental stamina, to pick a good area of the goal to shoot, after the dribbling exercise.
