How can I make easy but improving and fun stamina drills any suggestions or a guideline I should follow when creating one?

give them a ball to run with, is another, dribbling and fitness
Hi Alex, quite a common exercise is known as `the train`. Players line up in pairs behind one another. The layout of the path to run in can be a straightforward square, or can be made with cones to include curved movements.
Players begin jogging, following the layout of the cones. Leave about 2 or 3 metres space between pairs. Pair by pair, the coach will shout go, and the pair at the back of the train will sprint to the front. Once they reach the front, the next pair to be at the back will go.
Keep doing this to your discretion as the coach. You can increase or decrease the jogging pace.
Another progression is to make the front pair run the whole circuit, to end up joining the back. They will have a longer rest period too.
Thankyou I really like this drill ð
