Conditioning drills for Ladies?

I coach a ladies team and need some new ideas for conditioning, fitness related drills. With and without a ball. Stamina mainly and some speed/agility. Any ideas?

Let them play...

Generally players HATE conditioning work. Most players want to play football and not do shuttles. Introduce games into your sessions with a competitive edge but also use a ball. Even if it's something as simple as a race between teams to dribble the ball through cones or round a course.
