Training sessions for 3 people

Greetings.Me and 2 friends of mine are trying to improve overall at football. I've seen a couple of training drills on the site, and we started doing them. Any suggestions for training drills? We're amatuers both physically and skill wise. For referrence: 1 of us is a Center back, 1 is a Right Back and I play as Central Midfielder. Also, any specific drills for stamina and ball control improvement.Thanks.

Only way to improve stamina is by doing fitness. Doing high intensity interval training is very good. 20 mins twice a week and you will see massive improvements. As for drills it’s holiday season in England. So I’m getting 3 players turn up regularly, a lot of these drills are adaptable. Focus on the 2v1 drills. I did “first past the post” with 3 players 1 goes in goal while the other 2 race. Then they swap around.
