How to make my play without getting tired so early and can play for long hours

It starts in training, I wouldn`t do fitness training by itself. I would do high intensity games in training. Think of games where everyone is always involved and can`t be lazy. So you may need a smaller area and less players..
One game I can think of is where you have one or two small goals at both ends of a 30 x 20m (smaller or larger depending on numbers) pitch, it is a normal game. However for a goal to stand all players on the attacking team have to be past half way, that way players will always be moving. The higher the intensity your training is, and game related the harder the players will work.
