Dive shot match

Each group has a bench with cones placed on it, a falling mat and a ball. The objective for players is to try and hit the cones off the bench with a diving shot.

Handball Dodgeball

Two opposing equal sides both start on the baseline of the area with 3 balls on the center line (half as many balls as there are players). On the coach's call players sprint to try and collect the ball and claim it for their team. Once in possession of the ball players are trying to hit the opposition's cones whilst at the same time protecting their own cones. The winning team is the first team to hit all of their opponent's cones.

On both sides a bench or big gymnastic chest.Teams try to hit the players (legs) or the bench/chest.Blocking is allowed.When hit run around the playing area once and join in again.variations- center shot- dive shot- jump shot

Every player has a cardboard box and a ball.Put the boxes in one line.Players have to hit the box and make it touch the wall.- Who will succeed in this first ?- Who needs least throws ?Every two players one box is also possible.variations- center shot- dive shot- jump shot

In the goal area are all kinds of boxes, big and small on various distances from the goal.Two teams throw in turns.Which team needs least throws to hit the boxes and make them gointo the goal.variations- center shot- dive shot- jump shot

Circles are drawn or hoops are hung on the wall. These must be on several heights and give several scores. Players should try to score as many points as they can in one minute.Other possibility : big falling mat standing on one side, divedie this mat into several scoring areas with tape.variations- center shot- dive shot- jump shot

Some 'hunters' are appointed.They try to hit other players by passing and throwing.variations- center shot- dive shot- jump shot

Passing game

One player stands about 2-3 meters in front of the other players. This player is the feeder for their group and passes to the other players. Once a player has caught the ball from the feeder and passed it back, they run to the back of their own queue.

Shooting Range

On the benches are some basketballs. Both teams must try to knock the basketballs off the benches using their handball throws from behind the line (marked with cones). The first team to knock off all the ball is the winner (in this image it's blues vs whites).

Dive Shot Technique - Forward ...

Make a movement forward with your trunk bent forward. 1. Take off with one or two feet. Bend forward with ankle, knee and hip, trunk bent forward, eyes to the goal. 2. After the shot both arms touch the floor because directly after the shot the landing takes place. 3. There must be a fast bending of the arm to cushion the fall, the trunk is brought forward and the head is in the neck. 4. Both legs are bent almost 90 degrees, feet upward. Slide forward on the floor when the chest touches the floor. Head in the neck. 5. Chest, belly and upper leg slide on the floor, while the arms push the body along the floor. 6. The body slides forward, while elbows and wrists are completely bent.

Fake your way past 321 pass/sh...

Run forward at full speed to receive the pass. As you approach the defender drop the shoulder in the direction which you are pretending to pass (drop left shoulder if faking to the left). Hold the ball there for a short second to 'sell' the fake. Once the defender is committed to stopping the pass push off your outside foot and drive in the opposite direction.
