Hi Albert,
Firstly, the most important aspect of the dive shot is being able to land safely. Therefore I would start very basic and teach your players to be able to land safely. Then once they`ve mastered that you can introduce a ball and then eventually a defender to try and beat with the dive. Here`s a great drill - it`s a good idea to start off with a mat.
