Handball Drill Demonstration

Description

Pass 2-1 and goalshot with a diveshot. 1 takes position of2 and 2 of 1.

Coaching points

- when receiving the ball : make yourself small by 'sitting down' to get away from the defenders' arms and hands
- stretch your knees and in the meanwhile stretch your arm backwards
- back straight (can only be reached if you straighten your knees)
- fall down and throw at the goal
- head in the neck - chin up
- after throwing reach for the floor with your hands first
- quickly push yourself forward on the floor to land safely

Pass 1 - 3 who gets out of the defense. Attacker 4 blocks defender 2. Then 4 goes to the left and 2 blocks defender 1. Change positions after goalshot.

Pass 1-3 who comes a bit forward to receive the pass. Defender 1 defends half active and later fully active. Change positions after 10 goalshots.
