what large muscle groups are used when marking a ball
Hi Wack,
A defender will probably be using a lot of muscle groups when trying to mark but I guess as the defender is trying to reach for the ball when 3 feet marking, this will be extension at the elbow with the triceps and extension at the knee with the quads. Hope this was helpful!
