I have 10 as well, although very rarely all 10 turned up as there always seems to be 1 or 2 sick or injured. Anyway the only fair way I could see to do it was to have everyone have 1 quarter off & 2 people have half a game off (2 quarters). If you want to be super fair rotate the players who only play half a game each week, or use someone who didnt turn up to practice or has a poorer attitude
