what do i ,as coach, concentrate on when doing a team building session with netball players
It depends on several factors%3A age of players, experience, how well they know each other. If they are youngsters that haven't played together before, go for a variety of fun activities and make sure you add at least 2 or 3 of these fun tasks to your sessions each week. You can incorporate fitmess or skills into the fun tasks too. There are lots of netball related "games" you can get them to play. Mix it up too, so different players are working together in different tasks. The more they work in group activities with a variety of people, the more they will respond as a team.
