You could always try a local back to netball team if you have been away from the game for a while. you will be able to find a team through you local league or netball development officer for you region. Google local netball leagues for you area and you are bound to find lots of info.

A back to netball team is for ladies looking for a bit of fun and fitness who haven't played in a while and want to get back into the game without any pressure. its a great place to start as everyone is there with the same mindset. back to netball is also well supported by England netball so you may also find what you need on their webpage. hope this helps.
