drills for turning fully
Hi,
Here are some drills from the drill library that focus on turning fully:
Rotating and Turning Pass
Description: Players line up in 2 lines facing each other. Blue player 1 throws to Blue player 3 who runs forwards to meet the pass. Blue player 3 turns and passes to Blue player 4, and then runs on to join the line behind Blue player 2. Blue player 4 then throws to Blue player 1 who runs forwards to meet the pass, turns, and passes to Blue player 2. Drill continues.
Coaching Points: Encourage players to drive out to meet the ball with hands out in front ready and signalling for the ball. Emphasise turning in the air for a quicker direction change rather than pivoting.

in more ways than one
No more 50/50 toss-ups. When simultaneous infringements occur, possession now goes to the team that last had the ball. Here's what it means for your coaching.
Train your defenders to win clean turnovers, not just disrupt. The difference between good defenders and great ones is taking the ball, not just touching it.
Netball is experiencing unprecedented growth, with record viewership, evolving rules, and professional leagues expanding worldwide. Here's what 2026 brings for our sport.
