My teenage team are growing in confidence and ability. They are now turning from a run and turning in the air. I am concerned for their safety and need some drills to ensure these actions are performed with as much safety as possible.
Hi Matt,
It`s great to hear that your team are growing in confidence and looking to challenge themselves with some new skills but it is definitely important to make sure they`re getting the technique right!
Check out the drills under the `Movement` category on Sportplan to get some great inspiration for your sessions. There are some great drills to get them used to turning in the air and receiving and making passes whilst on the move/after a change of direction.
Good luck and I hope they continue to grow in confidence!
