Hi i currently coach an under 10s team, and at training i concentrate on the basics. So throwing and catching the ball, Driving onto the ball, Shooting Correctly with arms above your head and not from the chest, when the GD and GK are defending that they put there arms up then turn infront of there player for a rebound and the hardest of all finding space. Most of all make it fun and they all will join in.
