I only have one tall player in my team the rest is very short, I struggle at the defender block
Hey Veruschca...
My team are all very short and our shortest player is actually a GK but we are coming 1st on the ladder. Height is great in a game of netball, but also getting in front of your player is even more important. So do a couple of drills on driving forward and backwards to get to the ball and defending drills such as sunkist with a defender. Also, jumping. Get them to do a lot of jumping drills so they can jump up and grab and get that ball!!!
Hope this helped you!! good luck in future games!
