what should i do if i just recovered from an ankle injury and i have a netball game 1 day after my ankle started hurting a bit. i'm scared that i'll let my team down if i drop the ball or if i have poor defending. i'm only going to play half of the game as GK and that is it.i don't want my ankle to hurt again while i'm playing.
Tell your coach so she has a back up option if your injury plays up after a quarter. Strap your ankle for support with rigid tape (with saddle straps and heel locks). The Elastoplast Sports Mobile app has video`s to show you how to do it but there are videos all over youtube too. Good luck.
