For the "Changing Direction - Group Practice" drill, there is a progression you can use. After the initial setup where the worker runs out towards a cone, changes direction, and sprints to receive a pass from the feeder, you can add a passive defender. This progression will challenge the players to maintain their speed and agility while being aware of the defender's presence. You can find more details about this drill and its progression 1 here.
