Hi Sphiwe,

Take a look at this drill! It's working on involving the Goal Defence on centre passes. This allows Wing Attack and Goal Attack to stay higher up the court and work the ball to Goal Shooter quicker. Also have a look at 'Centre Pass Set Plays' and 'Small Games' in the Sportplan library for other match related drills.
