i would like some tips/drills on how to clear the ball?

With the GK taking the throw-in, WD and GD set up together at top of circle. WD behind the GD and she taps GD on side indicating which way she should go and WD goes the other. Next pass goes to WA who is driving forward in the mid-court. Obviously C is back-up player for both moves.
