i am coaching under 17s for the first time and have some girls that question my ideas all the time. what is the best way to deal with them? (I have coached snr netball for over 10 yrs)

Hi Alicia, Yes I have come across this. The best way I found to handle this is to be prepared. You have to be confident in your coaching and remind the girls that each coach will have different views and ideas and we all have one thing in common, and that is to improve each players ability and strategies.
