how can we make 90% goal every time

I am a player who can shoot but not all the time so how must I practice it. Every one says I should be a GA because I have the good skills even coach said but she said I can play very well but never let me play as a GA probably because I can't shoot that well so any tips for being a GA would really appreciate you for answering
