how can i teach shooters to come forward in the circle?

Cassey, what age group? I find that by using what I call the sandwich, GA,GD,GK,GS one behind the other. Coach calls split GA goes either way and it is then up to GS to go the opposite. They move only a couple of steps and the feeder must be quick with a pass to either GA or GS. Short and sharp. This makes them move in front of their defence.
