Hi I live in Australia so may be slightly different for you, But I contacted our state netball association (eg netball SA) and purchased through them. I have had a quick look on other states home pages here in australia and most have rule books you can purchase- it even hs the rules for the little kids- eg Netta netball Good Luck!!
