I would like to know the tactics that will help improve the players by playing their role on the court.

there are drills on this site to do all of these things. but maybe the best place to start is the library or internet to get a good understanding of the game, or find someone you know who plays or coaches to help you.
some basic tactics are
good defence, defend every ball, go for every rebound, try and block/zone/hold the shooters as much as you can to make the shot as difficult as possible.
ensure the team is spread out over the court and not to crowd a pass. this includes in the circle.
run to the pass not away.
get away from your player (i.e. preliminary moves) before driving towards the ball. also get ball side to receive a pass.
cut across court for passes.
dont stand around flat footed. keep on your toes ready to break for a pass, or defend a pass or player.
focus on the game not just your own player. by doing this you will be able to help predict where the next pass will go and have a chance to intercept.
hope that helps
thank you very much for this information. But is there any drill to begin this?

in more ways than one

No more 50/50 toss-ups. When simultaneous infringements occur, possession now goes to the team that last had the ball. Here's what it means for your coaching.
