i am coaching my netball team currently the age range is between 16-21 and i would like some drills and warm up i could do with the team since we normally do the same thing at every training session we have.
Hi Tonya,
My favourite warm-up for my team is the Tag Knee Game. This is a fun way to start the session. Players are paired up and each are crouched low with the aim to tap each others knees.
This is particularly good for netball players as it works on fast feet and rapid changes in direction. Have them work hard for 30 seconds then recover/stretch for 30. Gradually increase the time they are working for and decrease the rest time.
I hope that helps. If you have any other ideas, or thoughts on the above, I would love to hear them!

If you go to the drills section , and then `Warm ups` , you will find a variety of drills that you can use.....I like the bibs tucked into the shorts/skirts , and then everyone runs around in one third trying to steal each others bib, whilst protecting their own..Nice way to warm everyone up and have a bit of fun to start with. There are loads more you can use in the section I have mentioned above...

The early 'shoot from anywhere' era is over. Smart teams now use data-driven decision models to decide when the two-pointer is worth it.
