What would a warm up be either before a game or at training

it depends on age really. there are number of fun warm ups for the younger kids for training on here or a quick internet search you will find all sorts of ideas. every coach has their own pre game warm up and again it depends on the age of the kids, but anything that gets their muscles warm will be fine.
