hi lisa, i coach div 1 girls and at the begining of season i give them a sheet with 1. what are your personal goals? 2. what are your team goals? 3. what do we need to achieve these goals? I tell the girls that it is for my eyes only (confidential) as I have found they tend to be honest in their answers when it is written and not face to face, I can then address them personaly and as a group to reach a common goal, reassess and reset if need be your team goals at 1/2 way mark of season and then before finals. I have found this to be a very good coaching tool.
