My nettas love to play games at training but i've already coached a team for a year who want hard training (their Juniors) and this is my first year of coaching nettas and still a little un-sure on what to plan for them for training that is fun and they can still learn. Any ideas
I found competitions that help their netball skills work well, like doing toss up knock out comps so the person that wins the first toss up then Vs the next player and so forth as toss ups is something Netta players do a lot of, but make a rule if both players grab it at the same time they have to try and pull it off of one.
