My nettas love to play games at training but i've already coached a team for a year who want hard training (their Juniors) and this is my first year of coaching nettas and still a little un-sure on what to plan for them for training that is fun and they can still learn. Any ideas
I found competitions that help their netball skills work well, like doing toss up knock out comps so the person that wins the first toss up then Vs the next player and so forth as toss ups is something Netta players do a lot of, but make a rule if both players grab it at the same time they have to try and pull it off of one.
Hi Can I ask a question. What is a netta???????
in more ways than one

Most netball shooters know how to shoot. The difference at the top is who can shoot when it counts. A structured 10-minute pre-game mental routine is the most under-used performance tool in club netball - and it is the simplest to teach.
The best Goal Defences in the 2026 NSL season are intercepting more than ever. The reason is not raw athleticism. It is a deliberate shift from chasing the attacker to driving into the flight path of the ball. Here is how to coach it.
