drills that require players to move pass and require cooperationa and timing. We do one we call 4 courners that I have found very usefull as it requires players to think and talk durring the drill if the ball is dropped its up to the players to get the drill bck into sequence which takes cooperationa and leadership. The drill requires a minimum of 8 plaers standing in the 4 courners of a square, 2 players at each courner. The front player at opposite courners has a ball (Player A & B)(that is two balls total) The front players at the other two courners(player C & D) run to the centre recieving the pass from the left (from player A & B)and then passing to the plyer in the courner opposite them Players (E & F). Player C & D continue to run through the square to finish at the end of the line opposite to where she started. The drill is continuos and releys on strong passes, quick drives and good timing. It is good to walk through the drill when first teaching it.
in more ways than one
No more 50/50 toss-ups. When simultaneous infringements occur, possession now goes to the team that last had the ball. Here's what it means for your coaching.
Train your defenders to win clean turnovers, not just disrupt. The difference between good defenders and great ones is taking the ball, not just touching it.
Netball is experiencing unprecedented growth, with record viewership, evolving rules, and professional leagues expanding worldwide. Here's what 2026 brings for our sport.
