What are some good court plays and ways I can teach my 13/14 year old team I coach, to get the ball down the court more smoothly and create more space?

its easy to teach and learn and is good as it teaches the GS to come out of the circle and not just sit in there waiting for passes to come to them.

this is a very common and my most favourite play to get the ball quickly from center pass to the goal circle.
