What are some good warms for an individual? Please reply before tomorrow
did you find any? as sports plan already has shown that they supply some awesome warmup drills on here. but you can make up your own. just make sure that they incorporate, all levels of pace (ie from walking to running) as well as concentrating on high knees, and butt kicking too, lots of footwork movements (ie crab step, grapevine, fastfeet stationary. forwards and backward fast feet), dynamic stretching, (ie open and close the gate, lunges, ect), you can use all the lines on the court to do your warm up, and on each different line chose a different warmup drill, ie baseline, jog, from corner run to opposite corner on the transverse line doing run stretch hop, along the transverse line, do crab step, ect... you should pretty much have your entire warm up done by the time you have covered the entire court.
Hi Stephanie,
Ok - the best thing to do is try the search bar. This should be at the top of the page - this will find you warm up drills, answered coach`s questions on this topic and relevant lesson plans.
Best of luck with your training!

Split circle defence is the system the top three NSL teams have built their identity around in 2026. The Goal Keeper and Goal Defence divide the circle into zones, switch in synchrony, and make every passing option look risky. Here is how to coach it.
Most netball shooters know how to shoot. The difference at the top is who can shoot when it counts. A structured 10-minute pre-game mental routine is the most under-used performance tool in club netball - and it is the simplest to teach.
The best Goal Defences in the 2026 NSL season are intercepting more than ever. The reason is not raw athleticism. It is a deliberate shift from chasing the attacker to driving into the flight path of the ball. Here is how to coach it.
