Pre-game warm up idea for seniors?

I am coach of a senior team, all girls have great skills but need new ideas for warm up drills before a game please. I am looking for team warm ups and smaller groups warm ups please.Thanks Kelli

the best advise i can give is for you to go to some of the div 1 or challenge cup games and have look at their warm up options and see what the top teams are doing and then adjust it to suit your needs.
