I. got a very good under 15 team. We are in a situation where we only practise once then we go and play against other provinces so if anyone can give me any good stragies to use in a game to outplay the other teams I will apreciate it. My team is very fast leaners and they concentrate very good.
sounds like a great team. most teams these days only train once a week. just make sure they are driving to the ball, opening up space, lead and follow work, good and aggressive defence, pressure on every pass, hunger for the ball, hard and accurate passes. have you thought about psyching the other teams out by have a very organised warm up system? where the girls know what they are doing, they are drills that look intimidating (fast paced, and well timed), and very professional. sometimes you can just look the part that will put your opponents off. but if you actually have the goods too, then its the complete package.
if you give me more info on what area you want to work on, i might be able to offer more assistance. otherwise, good luck in the season.
