Hi Nakita,

Netball is considered a non-contact sport and therefore players should try not to touch their opponent. Of course this is unrealistic and there is likely to be some degree of contract/touching. However, try to encourage your players to avoid contact where possible, if the opposition contacts or touches your players they should be called up for contact and made to stand by your player`s side until the ball is released.
