Hi I coach under 9s and this is my third season with the same girls. We have gone up a section, the opposition teams are very good but we have gone backwards a bit, particularly throwing to the opposition nearly every pass. We will intercept but then throw it away with passing straight to the other team. How do I try and rectify this. Thanks in advance
How about having a system of how they bring the ball down the court in both directions so only 1 person moves into a space at a time. I suspect with this age group, they are many running into a space which make it harder to pass to a team mate and easier for the opposition to intercept and read the next pass.
