Lezaan ,it doesnt happen overnight ! you need to see your teams strengths and weaknesses. Arethey fast or some of them ? are they slow but could they be faster . The slower ones need to be able to read the timing of the passes and "play their Player " so they can get free . Get them to think of computer games they play so they realte to that .
They have to be able to shoulder pass ..look up outside pivots and timing of the next lead all the way down the court . Shooters need to shoot under pressure so they have to practice 100 goals a day with the right technique ..you can look up and the def need to be fast and hungry for the ball ..but very much in control of their feet . You will find it all on sportsplan . You will however be remembered as the best coach if they learn and lose rather than the ok coach because they did it on raw ability !!
