Hi, so Iâm under 14s and Iâm going to be trialing for state, rep netball and Iâm really nervous as there will be a lot of people there? Any tips for how to do my best and keep my nerves in control? Also Iâm a WD so is there any specific tips to help me out so I can be noticed easily? Thank you!

Hi Amie,
I recommend taking away the importance of getting in, and refocusing on just playing well, getting the basic skills done properly and enjoying yourself. Staying focused on what you need to do will mean you can perform to the best of your ability.
