Which position is the best to leave off for u11s
That depends on your opponent. If they are defensively strong, leave your WD off. If they are attacking strong and your GA and C are strong then try leaving off WA.
believe it or not, generally leaving off the WA is the best tactical solution. if you can shut down their attacking drives you have a better chance as you can use your GD and WD for center passes, your GS can come out and offer help, and between the GA and C you should be able to get the passes into the circle. also have your WD up on the transverse line nearest the opposition circle to be an option for passes if attack team gets into trouble and to pick up any loose passes or tips.
in more ways than one

Most netball shooters know how to shoot. The difference at the top is who can shoot when it counts. A structured 10-minute pre-game mental routine is the most under-used performance tool in club netball - and it is the simplest to teach.
